PHASE ONE

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • In this process, we will:

    – Define your target audience segments and identify your ideal client. We will dig deeper to understand their problems, needs, and what they value most about your offering.

    – Compare your brand to your competitors regarding products, story/background, marketing/messaging, and visual brand to understand your unique niche and opportunity.

    – Identify your key differentiators – both tangible and intangible.

    – Find the intersection between the story behind your brand, how you uniquely satisfy your ideal client’s needs, and what that means for your overall brand purpose on a more global scale.

    – Discuss your brand archetype to better inform your brand voice and persona.

    – Uncover and express the brand values that run underneath all you do.

    – Discuss your future goals and potential verticals to make any brand architecture recommendations that will best serve your future.

Your brand strategy works hand-in-hand with your business plan. Your business plan focuses on your financial and organizational structure, while your brand strategy identifies your customers’ needs and your unique ability to fulfill those needs. In this branding phase, we will explore and define your ‘6 Ps’– People, Problem, Purpose, Product, Payoff, Persona – to identify your unique Position and begin crafting the narrative behind your brand. This strategic work will function as the foundation and a North Star for your team as you build your business and marketing.

PHASE TWO

Brand Identity

  • Of all the things you could say about your brand, how do you boil it down to a few key messages that will captivate your ideal clients and move them toward the right action? It requires the right words, rooted and grounded in your Brand Strategy and Position.

    We will determine what words to use to make your marketing clear, compelling, cohesive, and effective in generating leads, closing sales, and developing ongoing relationships with your audiences.

    This process will give you an evergreen brand message and a verbal identity “toolbox” to be the foundation of all your marketing and communications.

    Includes: Purpose Statement or Core Belief, Problem Brief, Payoff Brief, Elevator Pitch, Key Differentiators, and more.

  • You have three seconds or less to make an impression with your ideal client – and your visual brand is the fastest way to do that.

    Your logo, color palette, typography, and visual elements are immediate indicators of the quality & nature of your offerings. These assets will ensure you appeal to your ideal audiences. A lack of thoughtful, smart, or cohesive branding can jeopardize your opportunities with ideal clients.

Now that we understand who you are, we will use words and form to captivate your ideal client. In our world of growing content clutter, cutting through it quickly is essential to convert potential clients into leads. Your messaging and visual branding (logos, colors, brand marks, graphic elements, and typography) work hand-in-hand to communicate your brand position and get your audiences' attention and respect.

PHASE THREE

Brand Experience

We will get under the hood of your business and client experience to audit your entire brand experience. We will go undercover as visitors on the internet, your website, or brick-and-mortar. And we will take time to understand your internal lead generation and sales process, noting areas of opportunity. We will put together a 3-month road map on how we, or your internal team, can quickly improve your brand experience and marketing.

Do you already have an idea of what you might need and a clear idea of your brand position and identity? Great! We can jump straight into improving collateral.

Investment: Scope Dependent 

  • This includes an audit of SEO performance, Google Analytics, and your website content and function, a 60-minute meeting to understand the layers of your internal sales process, and a prioritized list of services, improvements, or ideas that will strengthen your brand and who we would recommend to execute them. You’ll also get a 3-month plan of our ideas and timing recommendations for execution.

    This service is a good precursor to our Brand Experience Partner service, where we function as an outsourced Brand Team to reconfigure every brand touchpoint your ideal customer will interface with within a specified timeframe. Or, if you have an internal team to execute it all, we can stick around as a sounding board.
