What Does Your Brand Need?

How we diagnose what your brand may need to reach its full potential:

Many clients come to us with an idea of what they need. As we learn more about their business, their history, and their goals, we are able to assess better what would help them solve their problem. Similar to how a doctor diagnoses an illness and prescribes the right remedy, we are looking for root cause problems to address and assessing the best way to treat them. To determine if a brand is working for the client, we like to look at three key areas and ask three questions:

Has your business EVOLVED?

Are you in a new market? Are you offering expanded services? Do you approach your work differently than you have? Are you targeting a new audience? All of these questions get to the core of the factors that inform a brand and marketing plan. So if any of those factors have changed since you launched, it's time to update your brand and/or brand collateral.

Is your branding EFFECTIVE?

Is your brand effective at conveying your unique position? Is it captivating the right audience? Is your website clear? Does it actually generate and convert leads for you "while you sleep"?

Are your brand assets ACCESSIBLE?

Maybe you have a brand, but it's just inaccessible to your team. Does your team know where to find your brand assets or how to use them? Are there core assets you need regularly that are available to them to create consistent, professional content possible?
