Fave Workday Snacks

We are firm believers that staying fueled throughout the workday is essential. Did you know that snacking legitimately helps the brain stay alert all day by maintaining your blood sugar levels? If you snack on something high in protein, it gives an extra mental boost. We do our best to keep clean snacks stocked up and readily available so we munch on something wholesome while we work. This is something I apply in my home for my family, too. I do research ahead of time to make sure I am stocking up on snacks that don't have much-added sugar, have limited to no seed oils, and offer as much protein as possible. That way, whatever we grab will be at least fairly nutritious.

Here are our favorite Costco snacks to always have on hand in the studio:

  • Simple Mills Almond Flour Crackers – Gluten-free, perfectly salty + crunchy.

  • Crispy Coconut Rolls – Gluten and dairy, light + crisp, and sweetened with coconut sugar! They help kick that sugar craving without the cane sugar.

  • Organic Coconut Water – A refreshing, hydrating alternative to water for the warmer months.

  • Organic Dried Mangoes – Tastes like candy – chewy, sweet, and delish.

  • Siete Grain Free Cinnamon Chips – Sweetened with coconut sugar and grain free... a real guiltless indulgence!

  • Spindrift Pineapple Sparkling Water - Basically makes you feel like you are on vacation; flavored with real pineapple juice and no added sugar

  • Unreal Dark Chocolate Coconut Minis - Just yum– especially when cold. Everyone needs at least something chocolate on hand!

  • Whisps Parmesan Cheese Crisps – Our fave cheesy, crunch snack to munch on!
